The Parents' Handbook gives details of whom to contact if you have concerns. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, there is a Parents' Complaints Procedure, copies of which are also available. Any serious concerns that are not resolved within this process should be addressed to the Chairman of Council through the Clerk to Council, Gp Capt K R C Greaves, whose e-mail address is council@cheltladiescollege.org
