The Cheltenham Ladies' College employs approximately 500 staff in both teaching and support staff roles.

Whether you join us as teaching or support staff, The Cheltenham Ladies' College is a very special place to work. We are a campus school with currently 16 separate buildings. The Main School building is situated in the centre of the beautiful regency town of Cheltenham. All of the other College buildings are within easy walking distance of the lovely shops, restaurants and leisure facilities that the town has to offer.

As a teacher here you'll enjoy teaching motivated, intelligent girls who want to learn and you'll have access to great facilities to support teaching and learning.

As a member of the support staff, perhaps in a domestic or catering role, you'll benefit from a being part of a large team with opportunities for development and flexible working hours to suit your particular needs.

The Cheltenham Ladies’ College has recently obtained authorisation to become an IB World School. From September 2008 girls will be able to study either the International Baccalaureate Diploma or A Levels.
