The Cheltenham Ladies' College employs approximately 500 staff in both teaching and support staff roles.
Whether you join us as teaching or support staff, The Cheltenham Ladies' College is a very special place to work. We are a campus school with currently 16 separate buildings. The Main School building is situated in the centre of the beautiful regency town of Cheltenham. All of the other College buildings are within easy walking distance of the lovely shops, restaurants and leisure facilities that the town has to offer.

College is particularly proud that we have again been awarded a prestigious 5* rating for all of our kitchens by the Food Standards Agency, this is a credit to all the staff that work hard to ensure that standards are maintained.
