Dr Bettina Hohnen is a clinical psychologist who has many years' experience working with children, young people and families. Her expertise spans the field of child and adolescent mental health and brain development.
In this Principal's Lecture, she will highlight the fantastic opportunities available to young people, as well as the potential risks they face. She will talk about how the brain develops and there will be a focus on how to understand emotions and a consideration of the potential pitfalls of the early teen years and how to manage them.
The Lecture begins at 11.00am; coffee will be served beforehand from 10.30am. This event is free to attend, but please ensure that you book your place.
