Junior and Senior Boarders

Exeat, Half Term and End of Term travel

College runs a coach service to Oxford Peartree Services, Beaconsfield Services and Novotel London which is bookable through your daughter's House. These run on all travel days and we provide chaperones on this service. A member of staff travels on this coach with the girls.

A single shuttle coach service is provided between College and Cheltenham Spa train station to meet the most popular London-bound train for Exeats and half terms.

UK transfers and airport transfers are arranged by College who use either our own College Drivers or one of our trusted operators. Parents should contact the College Transport Manager or their House to request transfers. Collections can be made from private addresses or any airport. Transport will generally be shared between girls travelling at the same time unless parents request an individual car for their daughter.

Day Girls

Bus Services

College offers a daily bus service during term time, in partnership with three other independent schools.

Pupils must hold a valid pass and parents have the option to purchase one of the following three passes; a full pass permitting travel on all mornings and evenings, a mornings-only pass, or an evenings-only pass. All passes run throughout the term.

The six bus routes include one or more pick up points in or around the following locations: Broadway, Laverton, Toddington, Winchcombe, Southam, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Foxhill, Burford, Northleach, Compton Abdale, Andoversford, Ashton Keynes, South Cerney, Cirencester, Perrott's Brook, Rendcomb, Colesbourne, Coberley, Gloucester, Innsworth, Churchdown, Nailsworth, Amberley, Stroud, and Birdlip.

All routes drop off and pick up from Cheltenham College Prep, Dean Close, St Edward's and St Edward's Prep, as well as College.
