FutureChef Competition
26th November 2025

On Friday 14th November, Leah (UC5) and Evangeline (LC3) took part in the regional heats of the FutureChef competition, where they both made a main course for two for under £6.50.

The girls were placed second and third in the competition and did CLC proud with the execution of skills and the fantastic outcomes of their dishes.

Leah produced a chicken ballotine that sat upon a homemade pasta with velouté sauce, whilst Evie produced a homemade pasta that she served alongside a creamy tomato sauce and griddled king prawn.  

Well done, both!
