Performance by Keble Choir, Oxford

There was so much for Lower College girls to enjoy in the final weeks of term, in addition to the full and rich curriculum they enjoy each day. Our girls relished the many wonderful events that were a brilliant culmination of another busy and successful year at CLC.

Right at the end of term, as the applause ending the annual College Cups & Awards subsided, Lower College girls trickled out onto the lawns to savour strawberries and ice-cream, before returning to the Princess Hall for a further end of term treat.

Lower College girls resumed their seats to be greeted by Oxford University’s distinguished Director of Music and a Fellow at Keble College, Oxford, Matthew Martin. He had arranged a delightful repertoire designed to appeal to the LC girls and the Keble Choir thrilled our very appreciative audience with their exceptional performance. It was clear from the response of the Lower College girls at the end of the concert that the choir appealed a great deal and it was a marvellous way to end the term!
