Time to Talk day 2017

On Time to Talk day all the Houses got involved with activities to encourage everyone to talk about mental health.

This is part of a national campaign from the Time to Change charity to encourage conversation about mental health in order to reduce stigma and discrimination.

The girls were encouraged to sit together with a drink and some cake to talk about how they are feeling and to think about how to help themselves and those around them feel positive.

Lots of the SFC2 girls in particular came to chat and also use the prompt games. It was lovely to see all the girls interacting.

The girls suggested making ‘cake nights’ a more regular feature, which seems like a great idea.
