¡Un lunch 'a la Española'!

On Monday 19th March, the SFC1 students of Spanish Ab Initio had the opportunity to put into practice all the vocabulary and structures that they have been learning in lessons.

After a few sessions on food and on how to write a recipe, the girls had the chance to prepare the typical dish of bread with tomatoes, garlic and olive oil, as well as the chance to taste other specialities, such as tortilla española and croquetas.

Mrs Roca kindly provided a great venue in St Hilda’s kitchen and dining room, where everybody could enjoy new flavours and discuss their favourite dish.

¡Que aproveche!
