The Council Advisory Board (CAB) is a Council initiative, intended to bring fresh, diverse perspectives to challenge, inform and advise Council on a range of topics in support of Council’s ambition of strengthening the educational experience provided by College and maintaining good governance. CAB is formed by up to 10 Guild (College alumnae) members, who have left College within the last 10-15 years.
Miss Temitope Adesegun
Temitope is a Medical Science Liaison working at Sanofi Pharmaceuticals. She left College in 2014 and went on to study and obtain a Master's in Pharmacy at Keele University. From here she worked in Bristol Hospital and then went on to specialise as a commissioning pharmacist before moving back to London and transitioning into the pharmaceutical environment. Temitope is a strong advocate for fitness and wellness through having her own brand, TLA, as a personal trainer and coach, utilising methods for continuous improvement.
Miss Miranda Elvidge
Miranda is an international arbitration lawyer at WilmerHale. She left College in 2012 and studied PPE at Worcester College, Oxford, then subsequently completed a law conversion. Miranda spent several years working in Hong Kong and Singapore, and is now based in London.
Miss Caroline Fitzsimmons
Caroline left College in 2017, going on to work in Hospitality and Investor Relations for a Private Family Office. She now works as a Digital Strategy Executive at Publicis Groupe, whilst volunteering teaching English. Caroline is passionate about diversity and setting pupils up for success in life after College.
Miss Tiffany Liu
Tiffany is currently a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group and previously worked in digital marketing. She studied at College from 2007-2012 (Sidney Lodge, Elizabeth) and went on to study at University of Oxford. She is passionate about representing the international community at CLC and hopes to give back via CAB. Her main interests outside of work are tennis and cooking tapas for friends.
Mrs Ololade Odunubi
Ololade is a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at Baker & McKenzie LLP in Dubai. She left College in 2014 and went on to study Law and Anthropology at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Ololade is passionate about diversity, inclusion and embracing authenticity.
Ms Caroline Steer
Caroline left College in 2009 and went on to study Geography at University College London. She worked as a consultant in mapping software and transport planning before returning to her love of technology and becoming a software business analyst working on projects in the health and energy sectors. In 2023, she returned to education to undertake a Master's degree in Digital Tech and Public Policy at University College London. Since then, she has become a Senior Business Analyst at Capgemini Invent tackling large digital transformation projects.
Mrs Frederika Turner
Frederika left College in 2013 and went on to study International Relations at The London School of Economics. After her undergraduate degree she embarked on a career in Education, first as a teacher working in inner city London, then at an EdTech with a focus on training tutors to deliver online lessons to students. She is now Head of Ambassador Community at Teach First where she leads the team that supports Teach First’s alumni of around 18,000 to continue to tackle educational disadvantage both inside and outside of the classroom.
Ms Francesca Wild
Francesca left College in 2018, going on to study Philosophy and Economics at The London School of Economics. She now works as a Commercial Lead for an early careers and social mobility consultancy that supports large and small organisations to make the workplace more accessible for people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Francesca furthers this outside of work and mentors young people at school on transferable skills to increase their ambition and confidence when entering the world of work.
Miss Sarah Woodard
Sarah is an Associate in the Client Relations and Fundraising Team at EQT Partners. She left College in 2014 and went on to study International Business Management at the University of Bristol. Sarah is a strong advocate for gender equality in Finance, and Co-Chairs the Future Leaders Shadow Board for the Women in Banking and Finance organisation.
