Our pupils remain at the heart of everything we do, and this commitment is woven through our forward‑focused strategy, strengthening our core Vision, Mission and Values in a rapidly changing world.

Entering the next decade from a position of strength, supported by the substantive commentary of the recent ISI Inspection report and a clear sense of direction, we do so with confidence, agility and intent.

Five Year Plan

From our pledge to carbon net zero, a renewed commitment to transformational bursaries, and the development of our new world-leading Sixth Form Centre, we continue to take an ambitious, innovative, and fearless approach to our future.

Over the next decade, we plan to continue to build our bursary endowment fund, pursue our sustainability goals, and continue to invest in appropriate major capital projects, all aligned to our strategic aims.
