The CLC Guild Golf Society has been running for many years and the inaugural fixture against students was organised to fall with the annual Guild Reunion.
On 17th May, CLC played against the Guild team with our partner club, Lilley Brook Golf Club. It was a fantastic platform for the CLC girls to play in as a culmination of the season.
It was a fun pairs format, with pupils and Guild enjoying the amazing weather and relishing the opportunity to share their experiences.
The day was rounded off with a lovely meal at the golf club.
The Guild team were delighted to win and have their name engraved on the brand-new trophy.
The CLC golf programme began in September, providing pupils the opportunity to learn and play golf. This year we have seen 45 golfers ranging from beginners to international-standard golfers taking part in the programme.
