Beyond CLC

Professional Guidance

Our Professional Guidance Centre (PGC) runs comprehensive programmes to support girls applying for higher education, both in the UK and abroad, including specialist provision for US and Oxbridge applications. Higher education and careers events include careers and admissions talks, mock interviews, conferences, networking dinners, and CV writing workshops.

Supported by the PGC, over the last 10 years more than 1,400 students have graduated from CLC Sixth Form and have gone on to study at over 170 universities across the world.

Guild Members Worldwide

On leaving College, our alumnae become Guild members. Established in 1884, Guild is our association of former pupils and it currently has over 8,500 active members in more than 70 countries worldwide.

Guild membership is free and offers many benefits including events, careers support and networking opportunities. If our alumnae need careers advice or are moving to a new location around the world, then other Guild members are often happy to help. You can find out more about our alumnae network on the CLC Guild website.

“The best thing about CLC is the support network that we have because it's limitless and it will continue to stay in my life”
