CLC x St Hilda's East Fundraising Weekend
19th March 2026

From 24th - 26th April, we are excited to spend an entire weekend celebrating our incredible St Hilda’s East (SHE) x CLC partnership, with a fantastic range of fundraising activities.

Friday

On Friday, we will be hosting a joint CLC SHE collaborative project in the Parabola Arts Centre. Our LC3 pupils will be joined by the SHE Well Women’s group, for an ‘In Bloom’ art exhibition, inspired by nature in Cheltenham and London.

Saturday

On Saturday, we will be running the distance from CLC to St Hildas East - a total of 112 miles. For one hour, from 11.20am - 12.20pm, pupils and staff will attempt to run as many miles as they can. The House that runs the most miles will win the SHE-CLC cup! We will also be hosting one of our popular weekly Second Hand Uniform sales at St Hilda’s House, which provide opportunities of regular fundraising for SHE throughout the year.

Sunday

Sunday brings the day of the London Marathon and our Head of College Mrs Edney will be running to fundraise for St Hilda’s East (SHE). Mrs Edney has been training hard and will have a team of supporters from CLC and SHE cheering for her on the day!

If you would like to make a donation to support the girls and Mrs Edney, you can use the link below. So far, we have raised a fantastic sum of over £800! Thank you for your generosity.

St Hilda’s East is our legacy charity that supports the local community in East London, across many areas with food co-ops, wellness groups for the over 50s, an early years creche and a ‘Brave girls’ group.

Our partnership with St Hilda’s East goes back 137 years and is a vital part of our wider school mission - to serve and enrich the community to which we belong.
