This month, GCSE pupils entered a new FutureChef competition, taking part in the CLC heats.
Tasked with preparing a main course meal, with a small budget of under £5, students performed extremely well under pressure. They all put together some impressive dishes, which made selecting the finalists, who would go to compete at the regional heats, particularly challenging.
Huge congratulations to Evie and Leah (UC4), who moved forward in the competition and will represent CLC against other schools in the next round.
