Nineteen students from College Choir travelled to Warwick Hall on Sunday 12th March as finalists of the GSA Choir of the Year competition. The competition had nearly 40 entrants, and College Choir got down to the final six in the senior school category.
The choir gave spectacular unaccompanied performances of Beati quorum via by Stanford, and Over the Rainbow from The Wizard of Oz.
While the trophy went to stand-out winners from Merchant Taylors' School in Merseyside, our choir represented College wonderfully, and were congratulated in Prayers the following Wednesday.
