The LC1 and LC2 Public Speaking Competition took place on the the morning of Saturday 11th February.
It was a fun and though-provoking event, with the Chairs introducing the motions with funny jokes such as "Why did the tomato lose the race? Because it couldn’t ketchup!".
The motions ranged from 'Should vegetarianism be compulsory?' to 'Do girls face more peer pressure than boys?'.
All of the pupils gave excellent and passionate speeches. The audience had the opportunity to ask the speakers questions, allowing everyone to engage in a the fascinating discussions.
Congratulations to everyone involved!
