On Monday 3rd July, we were visited by Wye Valley Falconry. We listened to a talk about Owls, where we learnt all sorts of interesting and fun facts that we didn’t know before.
I particularly enjoyed learning about how owls fit into their food chains and what the colour of their eyes mean. At the end of the session, we even got to hold them. We saw three different types of owls and learnt how they differ from each other.
It was really enjoyable and beneficial experience.
