On Wednesday 27th September, 11 of us joined Señor Moya, Señora Roca and Ms Flewitt for a Mexican Cooking class.
It was a fun-filled evening where we made tacos while jamming to Mexican music. When we arrived, Ms Flewitt gave us a detailed demonstration on how to assemble the tacos, explaining everything from how to slice the avocado to sharing how we could adjust the fillings to taste.
The tacos were delicious and we all got to pick and choose what we wanted to fill them with from a wide variety of authentic ingredients. They were colourful and had an explosion of flavours. ¡Qué rico! Señora Roca captured our memories with her camera, as we all took turns wearing and taking pictures with sombreros and Mexican cloaks! It was a joyful night full of chatter and laughter.
We loved the atmosphere, the energy that the teachers brought, and of course, the scrumptious tacos! ¡Ñam ñam!
