Friday 14th October saw the 18th version of our Library Music Night, with a lovely atmosphere created by the low lighting with floor cushions and our new bean bags.
There were 16 different acts; it was mostly the students playing, but a long-awaited staff contribution was also very well appreciated. The audience of more than 100 responded enthusiastically to everyone.
While most chose guitars or piano, we were very pleased to have our first clarinettist and there were several violins as well.
A real highlight was the Senior Prefect duetting on I'm Not The Only One with a real passion.
Our thanks to the Library Academic Reps for all their help on the night, including singing as well as setting up.
Library Music Night has always been about having fun and we hit this target again. Rest assured, we are already planning the next one.
