We were delighted to welcome Abi Clayton, Director Innovation and Future Programmes at Rolls-Royce, to College on Monday 12th September.
Ms Clayton talked passionately about her Rolls-Royce career and background, which included working on the Dreadnought programme, fast-attack submarines and, more recently, exciting developments in nuclear engineering.
The many different routes for a career in engineering were also discussed, and Ms Clayton explained how in her experience there was no glass ceiling for women.
We would like to thank Ms Clayton for giving such an informative and motivating talk that was appreciated by all.
