Table Tennis

On Sunday, Evelyn (UC4) and Sarah (SFC1) caught early flights back to school so that they could represent Cheltenham Ladies’ College in the Gloucestershire Schools Table Tennis Competition.

Sarah demonstrated some outstanding play and won the U19 event. This sees her through to represent Gloucestershire Schools in the National Championships, which takes place in April.

Evelyn had some fierce competition in the U16 event. At only 14, she fought hard, securing second place against older, more experienced players. Both students acted as ambassadors for the school, demonstrating impeccable sportsmanship throughout.

Lacrosse

Congratulations to Gabbie (SFC2) for her inclusion in the 2026 European Women's Box Training Squad! Gabbie attended an open trial last Autumn and has been selected to continue training with this elite group ahead of the European Championships this summer. CLC is well represented in this squad, with Lauren (Class of 2016) also named.  She has been involved with the Women's Box programme for several years and represented the side at the inaugural World Championships in 2024.

We are incredibly proud of our student athletes who continue to seek new challenges beyond the boundaries of the school game and wish them all the best over the coming months.
