Biology Trip to Cotswolds Wildlife Park

Biology Trip to Cotswolds Wildlife Park

On 10th June, LC1s went to Cotswolds Wildlife Park. Once we got there, we saw parrots, otters, penguins and even meerkats. Then, after a quick snack break, we saw rhinoceros, giraffes, lions and even a red panda. We had a talk about conservation and learned about how giraffes have a social hierarchy.

We also saw two adorable baby rhinos playing in the mud. After lunch, we explored the reptile and bat section. We saw a massive anaconda, and it came right up to the glass when we were looking at it. Most of us had never been so close to such a big snake.

We learned a lot. It was an immensely fun and action-packed day!
