On Wednesday 14th October, SFC1 and SFC2 A Level English Literature students had the opportunity to take part in a live online lecture with Dr Chalmers from the University of Glasgow.
Dr Chalmers encouraged students to think carefully about the role of dystopian literature, why we read it, and how it can be a source for hope.
Students enjoyed experiencing a taste of university-style lectures, asked questions, and came away with some exciting new recommendations for their own wider reading.
