It is important for us to meet all our candidates as part of the entry process in order for us to get to know them as learners and potential members of our community.
The admissions process for Sixth Form is two-fold.
Submit an Entrance Exam Form: a link to an Entrance Exam Form will be sent where you’ll be asked to submit course and scholarship preferences.
Assessment Day: applicants will sit two written Sixth Form subject papers taken from your subject choices, along with an adaptive verbal reasoning test, and an adaptive test (either Maths/Science or Art/Humanities), have a 1-2-1 interview with a member of the Sixth Form Team or Senior Leadership team and take part in a small, group-based activity.
Short-listed Academic, Art, Music and Sport Scholarship applicants will participate in an additional assessment programme at CLC in the same week as the entrance exams.
Please note: Scholarship assessment is only available by the November entrance route.

Acceptance dates will be included in the offer letters, but it will normally be approximately two weeks from the date of the offer.
Detailed joining information is sent out during the summer term, usually in May/June.
The Autumn term begins at the start of September. All Sixth Form Day pupils, new and existing, are part of Bayshill House.
Arrangements vary each year, but new students tend to have an induction a day or two before the term begins, to give them chance to settle in.
