On Monday 29th June all SFC1 Biology and Psychology students were treated to Brain Day with Dr Guy Sutton of Medical Biology Interactive.

The Geography Department took LC2 pupils to Cheddar Gorge to investigate the impacts of tourism on the location.

Last week we celebrated Psychology Week at College with an array of events and activities.

On Friday 12th June, our LC2 students proudly presented the culmination of their Da Vinci Project, a highlight of the LC2 enrichment programme. Throughout this inspiring journey, students have explored how different types of knowledge connect to create a deeper, richer understanding of the world around them.

Last week, Upper College and Sixth Form students were invited to an International Universities Fair hosted at College to broaden their understanding of global higher education opportunities.

We are very proud to announce that the ISI’s recently published inspection report has provided formal recognition of the value of our educational approach and outcomes. Last week, our LC3 sculpture students and UC4 art scholars visited Hauser & Wirth, Somerset, to see the ‘Niki de Saint Phalle & Jean Tinguely, Myths & Machines’ exhibition.

On Wednesday 12th November, over 50 UC4 students travelled to Warwick University for the GCSE Maths in Action event.
